Information Collected:

In order to use this website, users must first complete the registration form and provide some personal information including demographic information and contact information. RewardingViews uses your demographic information (such as age, gender, etc.) to invite you to appropriate research sessions. We also use the demographic information you submit to interpret the results of our research. RewardingViews uses your contact information (such as name, email address, and postal address) to invite you to participate in RewardingViews sessions and to pay you for your participation. This information, in the event RewardingViews upgrade or migrate to a new platform, will be carried over to facilitate the continuation of operations.

RewardingViews will not disclose your identity or any of your personally identifiable information without your authorisation. All responses collected for research purposes are not connected to your contact information. The RewardingViews panel is solely used for the purpose of market research. We will not use your details for the purpose of selling.

Cookies:

A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's hard drive containing information about the user. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information. RewardingViews saves session cookies only. Once the user closes his or her browser, the session is ended and the cookie simply terminates. For instance, by setting a cookie on our site, the user would not have to log in a password more than once, thereby saving time while on our site.

We may also use cookies to track and target the interests of our users to enhance the experience on our site. Users who reject cookies will have limited use of our site. For example, the user will not be able to participate in a RewardingViews research session. Cookies are not linked to any personally identifiable information.

Log Files:

We use IP addresses, browser type, referring URLs, operating system, and date/time stamp to analyse trends, administer the site, track user's movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use in optimising the performance of our site and our services. IP addresses, etc. are not linked to any personally identifiable information.

Third Parties:

The RewardingViews Web site contains links to other sites. This includes third parties required to honour our rewards system, or as part of our business activity. Please be aware that RewardingViews is not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. Also note, some surveys available to RewardingViews members will be administered from a third party. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and to read the privacy statements of each and every web site that collects personally identifiable information. This privacy statement applies solely to information collected by this website.

Opting Out:

All RewardingViews members will have the option to opt-out from the panel at anytime. By doing so you, this will terminate communication with RewardingViews.
