What is RewardingViews?

RewardingViews is an online panel based in Australia. By being a member of RewardingViews, you'll be invited to complete surveys and discussion groups where you earn rewards just for sharing your views. The information you provide to RewardingViews will be used for social or market research purposes and influence important decisions that will ultimately impact you as a consumer or member of the public.

What makes RewardingViews different from other online panels?

RewardingViews strive to be the most generous and user-centric online panel in Australia. We want you to have a say in how, when, and why we contact you. We understand that you have a life outside of RewardingViews, and want to ensure your relationship with us is defined by you. We also want to ensure that by being a RewardingViews member, we offer you the best rewards possible.

General

How will I receive invites to surveys?

When you sign up to RewardingViews, you will have the chance to choose how you would like us to contact you. By default, you will always have access to surveys available to you by logging into your account. The most popular way to be notified is via email. This will ensure you're always aware when a new survey is ready for you.

What is a discussion group?

A discussion group is really just a casual chat within a small group of individuals, being led by a moderator. The group is usually between 8-10 people, located either online or in a central location, and regarding a specific topic. Like our online surveys, if you are invited to and participate in the group, you'll be rewarded for your time.

Rewards

How many points will I receive for each survey?

Each survey you are invited to will specify the amount of points awarded for completion in the survey invitation, and will also be displayed when viewing your account dashboard. This amount is usually based on the amount of time it takes to complete the survey. If you do not qualify for a survey, you will still be awarded some points for your time.

How much are points worth?

Points are not transferable and only usable within the RewardingViews system. 100 points is equal to $1.00 AUD.

How do I claim a reward?

Once you have accumulated enough points on your RewardingViews account, you'll be able to exchange these points for a reward. To do so, go to the 'Rewards' tab in your account and select the reward you would like to exchange points for. Once you have exchanged points for a reward, this amount will be deducted from your account. Please be aware that RewardingViews may need to verify the reward transaction, so allow several days for this to be processed.

You should find your reward in your email inbox once it has been approved. This will come in the form of an email link or voucher code to use on the retailers website.

What is a Flexi Gift Card?

The Flexi Gift Card allows you to pick one of many retailers to spend your cash. Can't decide on one retailer? The Flexi Gift Card also allows you to split your total amount into smaller amounts at various retailers. Please note that more retailer options are available for the $30 Flexi Gift Card (for example Hoyts Cinemas, The Sony Playstation Store, and The Xbox Store).

How will I know if I have won a prize draw?

All details regarding any prize draw run by RewardingViews will specify the details of the draw prior to it's launch. Winners are all selected completely at random, from those who qualify for the draw, and winners will be notified via email or phone. Winners will also be announced on the RewardingViews website.

Your Account

I have just signed-up. What do i do now?

Once you sign up, you will receive a confirmation link from us via email or SMS - click on this confirmation link to gain access to your account. Once logged in, you'll have some profiling surveys available to get you started!

I have forgotten my password. How do I log in?

On the 'Login page', click 'Forgot Password'. You will receive an email or SMS from us where you will be able to update your password.

How do I unsubscribe?

When logged in, click on the user icon located at the top right of the screen, and go to 'Your Account'. Here you will see the option to unsubscribe at the bottom of the page. You will also find an unsubscribe button at the bottom of each email invite we send out. Please note, unsubscribing will discontinue any communications with RewardingViews and will clear all of your points.
